I’m Sylvia, and Steve  my husband are the faces behind Barking Moon. We are here to bring the beauty of crystals and the metaphysical world to you, right here on the internet. We offer a wide variety of quality crystals, metaphysical as well as apothecary items to bring a little bit or a lot of magick into your life.

 

I’ve been drawn to the metaphysical world ever since I can remember, I found the magick in everything around me from the trees to the birds to the water to something as simple a leaf drifting down from a tree on a cool Autumn night. I collected “pretty” rocks from the garden as a child and in my early teens I was introduced to crystals. My passion continued to grow as well as my need to learn about it all. I’ve studied under many incredible teachers such as Dr.  Athena Perrakis, Hibiscus Moon and Ahtayaa Leigh and have become certified in many of the fields that I love.

 

Steve is retired from the police department and an avid crystal collector. He knows his stones, his first love is Amethyst but Labradorite is a close second. Aside from being the Crystal Guy, he is also the best Furkid Dad in the world. We have a house full of spoiled rescued dogs and cats and at any given time you will find one or three curled up on his lap, by his feet or following him around the yard or even making appearances on our live shows.  We hope you love our offerings as much as we do.
